By creating an account or using Helm ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Helm is operated by Atlas ("we", "us", "our").
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. The Service
Helm provides financial operations dashboards, cash flow forecasting, profitability analysis, and AI-assisted business insights. The Service is intended as a decision-support tool and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions based on information from the Service.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all financial and business data you upload or enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload data you do not have the right to share; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's data without authorization; or interfere with the Service's operation. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
6. AI-Generated Insights
Some features of the Service use AI models to generate summaries, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated insights before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
7. Fees and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be billed at the stated rate for each billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
